The convenience of mobile banking comes with inherent risks. Common loopholes include SIM card swapping, phishing scams, and malware attacks targeting unsuspecting users. Hackers and fraudsters exploit vulnerabilities in the system to gain unauthorized access to users’ accounts and conduct fraudulent transactions.

To prevent fraud and safeguard transactions, users are advised to exercise caution when sharing personal information online, use strong and unique passwords for their mobile banking accounts, regularly monitor their account activity, and report any suspicious transactions to their banks immediately.
